Proving the Infinna™ technology
We are pleased to share an update to Infinited Fiber Company’s Board of Directors following our Annual General Meeting on June 30th, 2025. The new Board brings together leaders with deep expertise in industrial scale-up, finance, global fashion, and circularity – an ideal composition for our current strategic phase, which is centered on driving the commercialization of Infinna™, deepening and widening strategic partnerships across the wider textile ecosystem, and sharpening our focus on readiness for large-scale industrial investment.
Vibeke Krohn, a seasoned executive with a strong track record in building sustainable businesses and advancing the circular economy, has been appointed as Executive Chair of the Board. Fernando de Bunes, newly appointed Chief Sustainability Officer at Inditex (succeeding Javier Losada), and Jan-Elof Cavander, Chief Operating Officer at Virala Oy, join as new board members, bringing broad experience in finance, global operations, and industrial growth. They join Laura Coppen, Nakul Saran and Markus Mannström, who continue in their roles as board members.
We warmly thank Andreas Tallberg and Javier Losada for their contributions and guidance during a formative period in the company’s development. Andreas served as Chair since 2023 and was instrumental in supporting our shift towards industrial readiness. Javier brought valuable insight from one of the world’s leading fashion brands as we advanced our strategic roadmap.
“I am honored to be appointed Executive Chair during this exiting phase. I am impressed with Infinited Fiber and the Infinna™ textile-to-textile recycling technology, and enthusiastic to take this opportunity. Building on a strong base we will set out to scale up the Infinna™ technology and build a truly circular value chain for textiles“, says Krohn.
“With Vibeke, Fernando and Jan-Elof joining, and with Laura, Nakul, and Markus continuing, we have a strong and well-balanced board in place – well suited to support our journey from technology pioneer to industrial force,” says Sahil Kaushik, Acting CEO and COO of Infinited Fiber Company. “We are now focused on proving Infinna™ at scale – a regenerated textile fiber with clear environmental benefits compared to cotton and viscose, and compatibility with the existing textile value chain.”
