Infinited Fiber Company announces changes to its Board of Directors as it advances its phased path toward commercial scale, with governance evolving to support the company’s next phase.
Vibeke Krohn, Executive Chair of the Board, has decided to step down from her role following the appointment of the company’s new permanent CEO, Sahil Kaushik. Infinited Fiber expresses its sincere appreciation for Krohn’s leadership and contribution during an important transition phase for the company.
“With a new CEO Sahil Kaushik now permanently in place, it is a natural next step for me to step down from my role as Executive Chair. Appointing Sahil as CEO provides continuity and strong leadership as Infinited Fiber advances the phased path toward commercial scale. The company has delivered an impressive strategic pivot over the past year, sharpening its industrial focus and strengthening the foundations for capital-efficient and scalable growth. I believe Infinited Fiber has an important role to play in advancing circular solutions for the textile industry, and I look forward to following the company’s continued development,” says Krohn.
Jan-Elof Cavander is also stepping down from the Board of Directors as his professional commitments increasingly focus on other strategic priorities. Infinited Fiber thanks Cavander for his valuable support and expertise during his tenure as the Board member.
The Board will continue to operate under its existing governance structure until the next Annual General Meeting, with Markus Mannström serving as Chair.
“We are grateful to Vibeke and Jan‑Elof for their service and support during an important phase of Infinited Fiber’s development,” says Kaushik. “Both have contributed valuable perspectives as the company sharpened its strategic direction and strengthened operational focus. As we move forward, we are well positioned to continue advancing Infinna™ technology, deepening partnerships across the textile value chain, and preparing for the next steps in our industrial scale‑up”.
