We want to promote a safe, open and transparent operating culture, and strive to uphold the highest ethical standards in everything we do. Employees are encouraged to contact primarily their supervisors, and other stakeholders their Infinited Fiber Company liaison, with any concerns of deviation from this standard.
Employees and other stakeholders may also anonymously raise concern or report any suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, or breach of law or policy through our whistleblowing channel. Filing a confidential whistleblowing report enables us to investigate, take corrective action, and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
The whistleblowing channel is a system ran by an external service provider and it operates separately from Infinited Fiber Company´s systems. A whistleblowing report can be made electronically and anonymously in Finnish or English. All reports are handled confidentially.
Whistleblowing reports should be made in good faith. Whistleblowing channels are not intended for customer feedback, differences of opinion concerning operational activities, or handling personal disputes.
